Travel fees are determined by the location of the elopement. Everything drivable within the U.S. and anywhere more than 15 miles from my place of residence starts with a travel fee of $0.55 per mile then doubled for the round trip cost. If the trip is long enough where I would need to get overnight accommodations or have to use another method of transportation other than a car, that travel fee would be worked out between the client and myself.
Payment Policy
All of my weddings and elopements require a nonrefundable 25% down payment taken from your total price due at the time of booking and contract signing. The rest is due the month of the wedding and I will contact you about a month out to set up a call to go over the final timeline and schedule your last payment. Ex. if your total is $4,000, you would pay 25% ($1,000) upfront when you sign your contract, then the rest of the $3,000 the month of your wedding.
I am also offering a 25-25-50 option, 25% deposit, 25% due at engagement session, 50% due the month of your wedding. Ex. if your total is $4,000, you would pay 25% ($1,000) upfront as your deposit, 25% ($1,000) the day of your engagement session, then 50% ($2,000) the month of your wedding.
My invoices have options on them for Credit Card, PayPal, and Venmo and all payments have a 2.99% transaction fee.
FAQ
How many pictures will we receive?
Every wedding is different and will have different factors that will ultimately determine the photo count. For example, if you choose to do a first look for not or if you have a lot of dancing at your reception or not. Typically the photo count you'll receive will range anywhere from 600-1,500 images.
Do you travel and what do you charge?
Absolutely! I love to travel! Anything over 15 miles from my place of residence in Buffalo, NY will have a travel fee determined by the location of the event and anything over two and a half hours will require overnight accommodations. I calculate my travel fees by taking $0.55 per mile then doubling it for the round trip cost. Travel fees for elopements will be determined by the location.
When will we get our photos?
Deliver time is mostly dependent on time of year and the amount of work around that time. Typically my turn around time for sessions is about 3-4 weeks and my turn around time for weddings is 10-12 weeks.
